While these claims are baseless, you should desist from subscribing for such products that have not been medically tested and accepted for the treatment of COVID-19.

Sticking to such products will not only hurt you physically, but it can also affect your emotional and mental state.

Immediately a vaccine is available; you can be sure that enough and sufficient information will be provided by the health expert in each country on how to get themselves one.

We all don’t want to be infected, but if you notice changes in your health condition, quickly self-isolate, and report to the appropriate agency. This will prevent you from infecting others and help flatten the curve.

For now, the best way to prevent yourself from contracting this virus is to do the following:

  • Clean your hands regularly through careful and proper Handwashing with soap and running water.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth, especially when you are outside.
  • Always wear a Face mask when you are outdoors.
  • Cough and sneeze in your elbow, or inside tissue paper. Endeavor to discard the tissue paper immediately you cough inside.
  • Wash your hands after coughing or sneezing.
  • Wash your hand after coming in contact with people or touching exposed surfaces.
  • Social distancing. Give 3 to 6 feet (1.83 m) from others.
  • Don’t touch your mask after wearing it.

With the following measures, you can protect yourself from getting infected with Covid-19 or other infectious diseases that are killing millions of humans every day.
